Frankly I am shocked at how many crummy resumes I see come across my desk on a weekly basis. However, I am more shocked that job applicants don't realize it is crummy and take the chance that employers will overlook the matter. Please people, realize that you are likely competing with a dozen or more applicants for a single job and you need to look sharp. Common sense? You would think so.
